CIE is here to give you secure online access to view your hospital letters, appointments, blood tests and x-ray results. Once the form has been submitted, you will be invited to a video call where you will be asked to present an acceptable form for ID. If you are coming to an appointment before your video call is scheduled to take place, you can bring the ID documents with you for the clinical team to check. ID check is necessary to get access to the live portal.

Acceptable forms of ID are:

• Passport
• Birth or adoption certificate
• Provisional/driver’s licence
• Any other form of photo ID accompanied by a clinic/appointment letter or text
