CIE is here to give you secure online access to view your hospital letters, appointments, blood tests and x-ray results. You will have to book a time slot for a video call to present an acceptable form of ID using the link at the end of the registration form. If you are coming to an appointment before your video call is scheduled to take place, you can bring the ID documents with you for the clinical team to check. ID check is necessary to get access to the portal. Please note, that the Trust has a duty to do a safeguarding check for every request to get access to a child's record. This is done for everyone. If clarification is needed, you may be asked to speak to your clinical team before access is given.

Acceptable forms of ID are:

  • Passport
  • Birth or adoption certificate
  • Provisional/driver’s licence
  • Any other form of photo ID accompanied by a clinic/appointment letter or text
