Children & Young People - Patient

CIE is here to give you secure online access to view your hospital letters, appointments, blood tests and x-ray results. In order to get access to your record, you or your parent/guardian will need an email address. Once the form has been submitted, you will be invited to a video call where you will be asked to present an acceptable form for ID. 

Acceptable forms of ID are:

  • Passport
  • Birth or adoption certificate
  • Provisional/driver’s licence
  • Any other form of photo ID accompanied by a clinic/appointment letter or text
